Warranty

DecoRad Systems BV t/a EPG Systems, the manufacturer of the EPG Giga-8dd system, provides a 12 month carry-in warranty covering parts and repair costs*.

This warranty is only valid if the Giga-8dd system is used in accordance with its specifications, and if all operating  instructions are followed. 

The warranty* lapses in case of:

• Improper use
• Insufficient or improper maintenance
• Modifications made without the prior written consent of the manufacturer.

* At the sole discretion of DecoRad Systems BV t/a EPG Systems.

Consumables are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Factory repairs are performed on a carry-in basis.

Our warranty coverage does not include any shipping costs, VAT, import duties, customs fees or any other related charges. All such costs are at all times the responsibility of the customer.

This also applies to all costs incurred when returning the product to us for warranty repair, including shipping charges, VAT, customs clearance fees, import duties and any other applicable charges. Our warranty is provided an a carry-in basis, meaning that the customer is responisble for arranging and covering all costs associated with sending the products to us.
